Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes



  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Slice potato in quarters lengthwise; slice quarters again if large
  3. Place potatoes and arrowroot in plastic bag or sealed container and shake until coated
  4. Drizzle oil into bag or container and shake until coated
  5. Place on baking sheet with space in-between
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and other seasonings if desired
  7. Bake 15 min., flip and bake 10 more min.
  8. Serve immediately - they will lose their crispiness with time
